How the fetus is growing

By 34 weeks the baby is about 45 centimeters tall and weighs about 2.1 kg, which is about the same as a watermelon.

The baby is brought inside the womb with its tiny legs close to the chest. This posture is called ‘fetal position’. She tries to move around in a small space in the womb, you can see this movement many times by looking from the outside.

If the fetus is a boy, then the testicles will already come down from the two lower abdomen and will be placed in the right place inside the testicles. After the baby is born, for the first few days, his testicles may become slightly swollen or enlarged. However, in the next few days it usually becomes normal.
