The ‘Henley Passport Index’, the research arm of the International Air Transport Association, compiles a list of the world’s most powerful passports every year. And according to the data of Passport Index 2020, the position of Bangladeshi passport is 98th.
The list has been published taking into consideration ease of travel documents and hassle-free visa process for 200 countries of the world.
The organization says that if you have a Bangladeshi passport, you can enter 41 countries in the world without a visa or with an on-arrival visa. The list of countries is given below.
6 countries of Asian continent
Bhutan, Indonesia, Maldives, Nepal, Sri Lanka and Timor.
16 countries of the African continent
Cape Verde Islands, Comoros Islands, Gambia, Guinea Bissau, Kenya, Lesotho, Madagascar , Mauritania, Mozambique, Rwanda, Senegal, Sicily, Sierra Leone, Somalia, Togo and Uganda.
7 countries of Oceania
Cook Islands, Fiji, Micronesia, Niue, Samoa, Tuvalu and Vanuatu.
11 countries in the Caribbean region
Bahamas, Barbados, British Virgin Islands, Dominica, Grenada, Haiti, Jamaica, Montserrat, Saint Kitts and Nevis, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines and Trinidad and Tobago.
