Causes of frequent urination and ways to relieve it

Urinary tract infection (UTI) is an infection of the organs responsible for making and excreting urine
from the body. These days the incidence of this disease is very high among girls. But if we are a little
careful, we can eliminate this disease.
Causes of Urinary Tract Infection or UTI:
** In most cases bacteria (95%) and in some cases fungi, Proteus, Klebsiella, and Pseudomonas are among
them.
** Apart from this, many may also be due to allergies (seems to be temporary)
.
** Urinary tract infections are more common in girls. Because the length of the female urethra is
shorter, the size of the female urethra is only 1.5 inches, while the length of the male urethra is 8
inches.
** Girls’ urethra and vagina are very close, many girls use dirty, dirty and dirty clothes during
menstruation, bacteria first infect the vagina and then the adjacent urethra
** Girls tend to hold back urine, so there is a chance of urinary infection. more
** Those who drink less water ** Those who
have diabetes ** Those who have an

enlarged prostate gland ** Those
who are over 60 years of age, those who have diseases, or those who have a weak immune system?

Treatment/remedies for frequent urination

* As drug therapy, doctors use the following group of drugs, cephalosporin, levofloxacin, gatifloxacin
etc. – very good which is 96% effective against bacterial causes.

* On the other hand, if it is caused by a fungus, anti-fungal drugs are given, and if there is itching, antifungal or corticosteroid creams are also given to remove the external itching and if there is more pain,
neuro spasmodic drugs are very relaxing. Prophylactic antibiotics should be given to the sexual partner
simultaneously to prevent re-infection.
* Herbal: Since it is caused by the bacterial attack, there is nothing more than antibiotics to destroy the
bacteria, but as a supplement, the following two medicines are approved by WHO and according to the
the latest research, they are effective
– (Cranberry 750mg Extract Super Strength tablets, up to three a day Consume – Cranberry juice is
very beneficial to consume 3/4 cup a day, but not recommended for people with allergies.
Or take tablets of Bromelain 80 mg twice a day, but this not recommended for children – (bremulin is
originally from pineapple – (i.e. consuming pineapple syrup 2/3 times a day will provide good benefits)
UTI usually gets better in 2-3 days with proper treatment. However, those with complicated UTI (those
who have repeated UTI, whose sexual habits are not normal, with the presence of diabetes or other
diseases in which the body’s immune system is reduced, etc. complicated UTI) may take 1-2 weeks to
get better. Intravenous antibiotics may also be used if necessary. In that case, hospitalization is often
required. Remember that the relief of the symptoms of the disease does not mean that the disease is
cured, the treatment should be continued for as long as the doctor tells to continue the treatment.
A complicated UTI usually requires 3-4 weeks of medication.
Caution: Do not take any medicine without the advice of a registered physician.

Prevention

Prevention is the best treatment for any disease. Know some tips to prevent this disease

1) Consuming water and other liquids like fruit juice, canned water, etc. several times a day. Water and
other fluids keep the urinary tract clean by resisting infection and bacterial growth.

2) Use toilet tissue from the front to back instead of back to front after using the bathroom – so that

bacteria from the anus cannot infect the urinary tract.

3) Must urinate before and after sexual intercourse – so that all germs entering the urinary tract are
cleaned. Many UTIs start after intercourse. In that case, UTI preventive antibiotics can be taken after intercourse as per the doctor’s advice.
So consult a doctor if you see the mentioned symptoms. In this case, a urologist can be the best
consultant for you.
Remember, someone whose first UTI gets better on treatment has a 20% chance of getting a second
infection, and someone who gets better the second time has a 30% chance of getting a third infection—so
the odds keep going up. So practice preventive measures, seek medical advice at the right time, and
stay healthy
